In that position, Sharon will be providing the firm’s clients with an array of debt and equity capital solutions for the development, acquisition and refinancing of all property types — income producing and other — including permanent and short term debt, construction financing, and mezzanine and equity participation loans.

She brings over 11 years of experience to her new position, having been involved in the debt markets nationally and locally, with a special focus on multifamily properties.

According to Ofer Cohen, TerraCRG principal, who made the announcement, her expertise lies in structuring and negotiating commercial real estate loans with institutional and private capital sources including banks, life insurance companies, securitized lenders, debt funds and mezzanine lenders.

She spent over five years with CB Richard Ellis Capital Markets and, most recently, was a loan officer at Metropolitan Funding Corp.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
