DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — In an effort to promote the offerings of Myrtle Avenue as well as its own available condominiums, Toren, the residential development at Myrtle and Flatbush Avenue Extension in Downtown Brooklyn, will be the scene of a Valentine’s Day-themed open house on Saturday, Feb. 11, from noon to 2 p.m.

Titled “I Love Myrtle Avenue” and designed for residents of downtown and Fort Greene, the free event is being hosted by the Myrtle Avenue Brooklyn Partnership (MARP), Toren and The Corcoran Group.

Attendees can tour the building, take in the incredible views from the upper floors and pick up a copy of the new Myrtle Avenue Valentine’s Weekend Shopping Guide.
