Looking for something fun to do with the kids this weekend? Check out these fun, stress-free events.

* P.S. 8 Paddlewheeler Festival — P.S. 8 in Brooklyn Heights is holding its annual Paddlewheeler on Saturday, June 4 from noon–4 p.m. The event features live music, a bouncy castle, obstacle course, face-painting, art & crafts, book fair and more. P.S. 8 is located at 37 Hicks St. in Brooklyn Heights.

* ‘Family Fun on the Williamsburg Pier’ — an outdoor family entertainment festival will take place on Sunday, June 3rd from noon–6 p.m. at CitiStorage on North 11th Street and Kent Avenue. The event will benefit the Camp Brooklyn Fund, a non-profit organization that sends low-income Brooklyn kids to sleep-away camp.

* Free ferry to Governors Island — The free ferry leaves from Pier 6 in Brooklyn Bridge Park Saturdays and Sundays. This weekend’s events include art exhibits and a free children’s art program; bike rental; free mini golf; vintage baseball; a Jazz Age lawn party; a math exhibit and more. Ferries run from Brooklyn Saturday–Sunday and on all holiday Mondays, from 11 a.m. until 5:10 p.m. The last ferry returns to Brooklyn at 7 p.m. See www.govisland.com.

* ‘ElectriCity: Powering New York's Subways and Rails’ — The New York Transit Museum tackles the science of electricity. Hands-on activities have little ones capturing light with a solar panel, creating sparks that fly up a Jacob's ladder, and operating a model train with a hand-cranked motor. * Prospect Park Cleanup — Take a tour and pick up trash left by others along the way. The family-friendly event provides trash grabbers, trash bags and gloves for all. All ages. * Target First Saturday: Best of Brooklyn Block Party — June 2. The Brooklyn Museum event features numerous music and dance performances, a hands-on workshop where families can make fashionable wraps, an "action station" where visitors reflect on their lives through food-related memories, a film screening of a dance documentary and more. 200 Eastern Pkwy (at Washington Ave); 718-638-5000; www.brooklynmuseum.org.
