NYPD has issued a Silver Alert after the disappearance of Vilma Bowen, a 71 year old black female. She was last seen on Wednesday, November 14 around noon in the vicinity of New York Avenue and Foster Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn.
Ms. Bowen is described as 5'0", 135 lbs., medium complexion, brown eyes, grey hair, and was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a red windbreaker and white sneakers. Ms. Bowen suffers from Alzheimer's. If you see her, please call 9-1-1.
