Brooklyn Grange has established a rooftop farm atop Building 3 in the Brooklyn Navy Yard. More than 45,000 square feet were covered with soil and planted — and now arugula, lettuce, carrots, beans, mustard, turnips and radishes are awaiting harvesting in the fall.
