A Brooklyn girl who was trapped beneath a vehicle has been saved by several good Samaritans.

The New York Post reports 9-year-old Tawaiian Holmes was riding her scooter in the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn Wednesday night when a livery cab struck two vehicles. One of the cars ran over the sidewalk and trapped the little girl.

Her mother tells The Post: “She just kept saying, ‘Mommy, I love you. Help me. I don’t want to die.'”
