The beautiful Tawny Cypress, star of the sci-fi TV drama “Heroes,” is being sued by her ex-husband for allegedly having him beat-up by her current boyfriend inside Park Slope’s Cheeburger Cheeburger burger joint, according to papers filed in Brooklyn Supreme Court and reported by the New York Post.

Cypress, who portrayed the arts dealer Simone Deveaux in the NBC series, had allegedly invited her ex-husband, Bill Charles to see their son, Dexter on June 6.

But her current flame Thomas Dillon was “lying in waiting,” the lawsuit claims, and he allegedly attacked Charles with a “hard object” — i.e., a cell phone — knocking him to the ground and causing a concussion. A tangled web of “deception” led to Charles, 58, spending six nights in jail on assault charges, his lawyer claims.
