The Edge, the record-breaking luxury condominium located along the Williamsburg waterfront, has sold out. According to exclusive marketing and sales firm MNS, the development sold the last of its 565 homes earlier this month.

“This is a proud moment for everyone who has been involved in The Edge’s success over the last few years,” said Jeffrey Levine, Chairman of Douglaston Development, the building’s developer.  “We were one of the first developers to build along this area of the waterfront, and the transformation of the surrounding area has been remarkable to watch first-hand. We truly created a one-of-a-kind product, and I’m humbled.”

Residents also have access to Frolic!, a children’s indoor play space; CVS pharmacy; and Red, White & Green Wines and Spirits just a few steps away.

The Edge is also home to Smorgasburg and Brooklyn Flea, New York City’s most popular free outdoor markets, which are located at the vacant acre parcel within The Edge development, between North 6th and North 7th Streets.
