The Manhattan-based luxury hotel chain King & Grove Hotels has purchased the Hotel Williamsburg from KSK Construction and Graves Hospitality for $33 million, according to The Real Deal.

The hotel’s 64 rooms sold to King & Grove at $520,000 apiece, setting a new record in  Brooklyn for highest per-unit sales price.

According to King & Grove’s website, its new Williamsburg acquisition, at 160 North 12th St., is “the first full-service lifestyle hotel in this thriving neighborhood.” Along with views of nearby McCarren Park, the boutique lodge, which is now called King & Grove Williamsburg, has a rooftop bar and an outdoor saltwater swimming pool.
