Ingram & Hebron grows, adds another family agent

Ingram & Hebron Realty, based on Montague Street in Brooklyn Heights, reports several new listings for available retail and office space in Downtown Brooklyn.

According to Robert Hebron V, who is now the third generation of Hebrons who are part of the family-owned Ingram & Hebron brokerage, the listings include the following:

• 673 Atlantic Ave., offering prime retail space in a new residential building with 200 feet of frontage that is in close proximity to the new Barclays Arena. It features 11,200 square feet on the ground floor, with three divisions possible, plus 2,900 square feet on the mezzanine.

• 76 Court St., a retail space on a high-traffic corner at Court and Livingston streets in Brooklyn Heights/ Downtown Brooklyn of from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet.

• 7 Metrotech Center,  offering newly renovated retail spaces in varying sizes.

• 16 Court St., offering office spaces from under 1,000 square feet in size up to  15,000 square feet in Brooklyn’s tallest office building across from Borough Hall and the courts.

Commenting on the addition of another family member to the staff, Robert Hebron Sr. said he is proud and grateful to have his son and grandson working with him at the firm he and partner Paula Ingram started in 1996.

“Son Robert IV has been with us for eight years, since 2004, and has developed into a well-known and respected broker and a partner in the firm,” he said, adding that grandson Robert V, upon  turning 18, obtained his real estate license and joined the day-to-day operations while attending college.

“It’s sure a nice feeling to know that whether we are here or not, our business is being well taken care of,” he said.
