The Brooklyn Interdenominational Choir presents “Zumba,” a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow dance fitness fundraiser this weekend. The fitness party, which runs for an hour, begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11, in the courtyard of Elim International Fellowship. Admission is $5.

Participants are advised to bring their own water bottles and towels. Elim International Fellowship is at 32 Madison St., between Classon and Franklin Avenues, near the boundaries of Ft. Greene and Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The Brooklyn Interdenominational Choir, under the direction of the Rev. Frank Haye, was established two years ago. The full choir and chamber ensemble recently performed at HBO Studios as part of a program about introducing youth to the joy of making music.
