The Eater blog alerted us to comedian Lewis Black’s take on America's growing artisanal food trend, a movement whose de facto mecca is Brooklyn. "If your local bistro is serving Kobe sliders, go across the street to White Castle because it’s the same f---g thing," he said. On the subject of fish, he said, "Snapper, tilapia, who gives a s—t? That’s what the ketchup's for."
