Brooklyn resident Felice Simon, a gallery host at the Brooklyn Museum, has chronicled over a year of her life by taking 500 daily consecutive photographs on photo blogging platform www.blipfoto.com.

“My Blipfoto journal is a container for both the ordinary and sometimes extraordinary moments that present themselves in my life,” says Felice. “It usually seems to me that my favorite photographs are the ones that seem to come to me.”

“Each day I start off wondering what will possibly happen on this day that will be blipworthy. And if I think I ‘know’ what the moment will be, I am usually mistaken. There are a few criteria that go into my choice of Blip of the day but it is ultimately a gut decision. Somehow one photo just stands out from the rest.”
