On Tuesday night at 11:51 p.m., police responding to a 911 call found a 36-year-old man with gunshot wounds in front of 763 Washington Ave. in Propsect Heights. He was transported to New York Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police identified him as John Edgar Brea of 672 Pine St.
