PARK SLOPE — Brooklyn-based Ideal Properties Group reports the sale of a Park Slope townhouse for $1.73 million, according to Aleksandra Scepanovic, managing director.
Andrew Westphal, the broker with Ideal Properties Group who handled the transaction, said the property was on the market for 31 weeks.
“Its final asking price was $1.749 million," he noted.
The three-family, four-bedroom townhouse at 710 President St. has original details, marble fireplaces and parquet floors on every level.
It also features an owner’s duplex with a landscaped backyard and two floor-through rental units on upper floors, for a total of 3,132 square feet.
“There is also a view of Lower Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty from the roof,” Westphal said.
