In response to recent news that Apple is looking to open a store in Queens, not Brooklyn, Borough President Marty Markowitz said, “Apple is a perfect fit to really make it to the big time in Brooklyn, and I remain committed to trying to bring a retail store — and maybe even an Apple manufacturing facility — to Brooklyn and our legions of Apple users.”
