Modern Spaces, based in Long Island City, reports it is continuing its expansion into Williamsburg, where it has been selected to handle sales and marketing for The Louver House, a 13-unit luxury condominium at 9193 Metropolitan Ave.

More than 20 percent of the units in the uniquely designed building have sold. Comprised of one- and two-bedroom units, prices range from $553,000 to $768,000.

“One of the most impressive highlights of this building is the architecture and its intricate design,”  said Eric Benaim, CEO and president of Modern Spaces. “The vertical louvers that accent the building’s façade have been custom-designed to provide energy efficiency.”

Designed by MDIM Architects, the building features a series of vertical louvers created to allow light and air to enter each unit and also provide shade throughout the day and privacy during the evenings.
