The American Inns of Court is a legal professional organization based on the English Inns of Court, where all members are affiliated with the legal profession, consisting primarily of judges, lawyers and law students.

The Inns pride themselves on a participating in a certain aspect of legal apprenticeship, allowing its younger members to learn from those more seasoned in the profession. The Inns hold monthly meetings where they regularly to discuss and debate issues relating to legal ethics and professionalism.
