New Cold Form Steel Beam for Residential Construction To Be Discussed on Jan. 20

VINEGAR HILL — Brooklyn architects, developers and builders are encouraged to attend the upcoming presentation on a new product known as Lite Steel Beam at the offices of Scarano Architect PLLC in Vinegar Hill on Friday, Jan. 20.
LiteSteel Beam (LSB), which is being introduced to the market this year, is a cold form steel beam for use in residential and light commercial construction. 
Builders will achieve “significant and measurable reductions in system cost, time and complexity,” according to a description of LSB. 
The presentation will take place from 1 to 2 p.m. The cost is $20 per person and includes lunch. 
Reservations are required because space is limited.
