New luxury rentals launched at Sheepshead Bay complex

SHEEPSHEAD BAY — Irongate Realty Partners, a subsidiary of GFI Capital Resources Group, reports the launching of a 102-unit rental complex in Sheepshead Bay.

The two-building complex, at 1125 Banner Ave., between Emmons and Voorhies avenues, was designed by Gruzen Sampton architects and is comprised of studios through three-bedroom apartments, including six penthouses, ranging in size from 480 to 2,244 square feet.

Occupancy slated to begin on July 1, according to Stefanie Barlow of The Corcoran Group, who will handle leasing.
