NYC Department of Probation Commissioner Vincent Schiraldi cuts the ribbon on the new Resource Hub at 210 Joralemon St. in Downtown Brooklyn. The Resource Hub, which replaces a drab waiting room, is a place where probation clients can learn about local opportunities and resources. Commissioner Schiraldi was joined by (left-right) Department of Probation Assistant Commissioner Karen Armstrong, Diane Stroud from Fidelis Care, probation client Anthony T., Administrative Judge for Criminal Matters Barry Kamins, and Borough President Marty Markowitz.
