Here’s a new rendering (brought to light by Brownstoner) of City Point, the mixed use development that will soon change the Brooklyn skyline at the site of the Albee Square Mall in Downtown Brooklyn.

The complex is composed of three phases. The recently-completed Phase One, known as One Dekalb, is a 50,000 square foot, four-story retail building located immediately adjacent to the recently reconstructed Albee Square Public Plaza (seen on the left).

Currently under construction, Phase 2 (shown in the middle of the complax) will encompass a 225,000 square foot affordable housing tower, a 335,000 square foot market-rate housing tower, and 660,000 square feet of retail that will connect to One DeKalb. Phase 2 also includes a permanent fresh food Market Hall.

Phase 3 will include the tallest component of City Point – 600,000 square feet of office and residential use located at Willoughby Street.
