Its website, which is still under development, says the Ruby and Jenna Brooklyn Heights store will be opening in May. It describes the store’s offerings as “reasonably priced clothing” for women and girls.

First reported on the Brooklyn Heights Blog on Monday, citing a listing by Massey Knakal Realty Services, Ruby and Jenna is leasing space on the second floor of the building at 130 Montague St., between Henry and Clinton streets — above Dashing Diva.

The listing and leasing did not involve Massey Knakal, however, which only has the listing of the building for sale at $5.75 million, as the Eagle reported only two weeks ago, on April 4.

Also as the Eagle has reported, Thor Equities acquired this building several years ago. The firm is coordinating the fit-out of the 1,500-square-foot second-floor retail space for the clothing store, which signed the lease in January. According to a spokesperson for Thor, the broker for the Ruby and Jenna lease was Terry Robison of Prudential Douglas Elliman.
