New York City police are looking for a Brooklyn woman who disappeared shortly after texting her mother that she was “scared.”

Her mother said Dana Lauren Bonanno sent the disturbing text around 11 p.m. on July 22. Police declared her as missing on Saturday.

Donna O’Connor told police she received no other text from her 33-year-old daughter explaining why she was scared.
