CARROLL GARDENS — Massey Knakal Realty Services reports a new listing for a residential building at 204 Huntington St., corner of Smith Street in Carroll Gardens.

There is no asking price; rather offers are sought, according to Robert Knakal, principal.

The three-story-plus-penthouse-level, 62,404-square-foot building was renovated in 2001 and converted into 60 apartments comprised of 8 one-bedrooms, 37 two-bedrooms and 15 three-bedroom units. The top floor  contains five penthouses with private terraces.

The units range in size from 676 to 1,475 square feet, all with high ceilings ranging from 15 to 26 feet in height.

“As the rental market continues to strengthen, investors will seek the security of quality, income producing properties,” said Stephen Palmese, director of sales, who has the listing. “This asset represents everything investors look for when placing capital in today’s market.”
