Here’s your chance to join the ranks of Sunset Park’s Fifth Avenue landlords. The price of admission won’t come cheap, though.

Kenby Pharmacy owner Gilbert Zuckerman is selling the building his drugstore’s in, 6024 Fifth Ave.

“I’m thinking of retiring in a few years,” said Zuckerman, who has owned the corner property since 1981, city records indicate. “Prices are up. Financing is good. It’s a good time to sell an asset.”

The pharmacy will remain open after the sale, he said.

He hired brokerage TerraCRG as the exclusive agent for the sale. The asking price is $2.95 million for the building, which in addition to the pharmacy has six apartments and a dentist’s office.

Though numerous properties in the Sunset Park Fifth Avenue BID area have changed hands in recent years, some long-time landlords remain. James and Nicholas Hatgipetros of Petros Realty have owned 5410 Fifth Ave. since 1980, city records indicate. Ross Branca of Sunbay Enterprises has owned 4502-4504 Fifth Ave. since 1982.
