On Wednesday, police responded to a 911 call at 24 Humboldt St., Greenpoint, and discovered a newborn female unconscious in an apartment. According to DNAinfo.com, an EMS transported the baby to Woodhull Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The Medical Examiner’s Office is investigating the cause of death.
