Pool Coming To Brooklyn Bridge Park
Brooklyn Bridge Park on Wednesday approved the design and installation of a pool at the park’s Pier 2 section this summer and at least four more summers. The 30-by-50-foot above-ground pool will be mainly geared to families, since it will be only 3.5 feet deep. It will be surrounded by decks and poolside recreation. State Senator Daniel Squadron commented, “Brooklyn Bridge Park has already made waves, and this pool is certain to make a splash.”
