WILLIAMSBURG — A vacant commercial building is available for sale at 156 Broadway, between Driggs and Bedford avenues, accordng to Melissa R DiBella, vice president of sales and mariketing for the TerraCRG Commercial Realty Group.

The three-story, 7,480-square-foot loft building features ceiling heights that range from 18 feet to over 20 feet.

“The building is completely vacant and in need of a gut renovation,” said DiBella. “The property could be ideal for a mixed-use residential conversion with retail space on the ground floor. The zoning would also allow for other uses such as a boutique hotel.”

According to DiBella, it’s ideal for a restaurant, gallery, coffee shop, bar, furniture store, bike store, showroom, grocery store or fitness/training center, as well as a salon, spa or specialty boutique.

The property is close to other well-known clothing and dining establishments, one of which is Dressler, the first Michelin-rated restaurant in Brooklyn, noted DiBella.

The historic Williamsburgh Savings Bank is located just across the street from the property.
