Brooklyn Bridge Park has announced a Bluebell Photo Contest. At the end of 2011 more than 8,000 Spanish bluebell bulbs were planted in the Main Street and Pier 1 and 6 park sections.
The photos will be judged by a panel including photographers and horticulturists. The top three entries will receive a prize and prominent placement on social media outlets.
Contestants may submit up to three photos to http://brooklynbridgepark.submishmash.com/submit before noon May 16. Winners will be announced May 24.
