Hundreds pack bars in Brooklyn Heights

Brooklyn Daily Eagle

The Santa-themed bar crawl known as SantaCon invaded Brooklyn Heights this year with a DJ dance stop in Cadman Plaza Park followed by a beer-soaked slog along Cadman Plaza West and Montague Street.

Hundreds of Santas, elves and reindeer flowed into the Park Plaza Diner's sports bar for $4 pints. Owner Peter Likourentzos told the Brooklyn Eagle, “They look good. I don’t see any Christmas attitude, though.”

Santas gathered in Bedford-Stuyvasent for after-parties.

While some real Santa brawls broke out late on SantaCon night, we’re pretty sure this one was just for fun.
