Sexual Abuse Prevention Training In Brooklyn Heights

Clergy, community leaders, teachers and parents are encouraged to attend a free training seminar with Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children to learn how to protect the children in their lives from sexual abuse. 
 
The event takes place at Congregation Mount Sinai, 250 Cadman Plaza West, Brooklyn Heights, NY on Sunday, April 29 from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Please RSVP by Monday, April 23. E-mail Diana Gerson at: dgerson@ nybr.org or call 212- 983-3521 ext 21.
 
This training is underwritten by a grant made possible by New York City Councilmember Stephen Levin, and sponsored by  Dayenu! Enough silence! – The Domestic Violence Initiative of the New York Board of Rabbis And Darkness to Light — confronting child sexual abuse with courage.
 
This nationally recognized training will count for 3 credit hours for continuing education units (CEU) for social workers.
