Shuttle buses to Manhattan, but you’ll have to wait

Huge crowds lined up for the shuttle buses from Jay Street in Downtown Brooklyn to Manhattan on Thursday morning as subway service between the boroughs remains canceled. Passengers said they had waited hours to get on the shuttle, which ends up at 57th Street in Manhattan. Similar scenes played out at Barclays Center.
