Supra, a skate shoe store, has leased space on Atlantic Avenue near the corner of Smith Street in Boerum Hill, according to CPEX Real Estate, based in Downtown Brooklyn.

CPEX’s Retail Leasing Team, comprised of Ryan Condren, managing director, and Kristina Triglia, associate, represented the landlord of the building at 288 Atlantic Ave.

The property features 1,400 square feet of ground floor space in a four-story mixed-use building.

Supra was represented by Michael Yadgard and Noelle Mastrangelo of Maxwelle NY in the 10-year lease.

Supra is described as “one of the leading footwear brands in today’s street wear.”

The 1,400-square-foot space will be the company’s first location in Brooklyn.

“It joins other new tenants in the area, such as Lululemon Athletica, Burger on Smith, and Sottocasa,” said Condren.

Added Triglia, “Retail in Boerum Hill continues to evolve. Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street are among the most vibrant retail corridors in the city.

“This is our second deal on Atlantic Avenue in the past month, bringing exciting new tenants to the neighborhood,” she added.
