After a relatively precipitation-free winter, snow finally came to the Big Apple on Saturday. This photo, taken from a nearby high-rise, shows Cadman Plaza Park. But what’s that circle — is it similar to the crop circles of renown? No, local children made the pattern while taking snow to build a huge pile of the white stuff.
