Police have made an arrest in a shooting that killed a bread deliveryman in Gravesend more than a year ago, according to NY1. Investigators acting on a tip tracked down the suspect, Anthony Martinez, in Puerto Rico. The victim, Jorge Martinez, was hit in the head when bullets hit his van in September 2010. Police believe that Martinez was not the intended target of the gunfire, which was fired from a nearby rooftop.
