The Fontbonne Hall Academy Bonnies (4-2; 3-1) hosted the Dwight School from Manhattan’s Upper West Side in a non-league contest on Wednesday, Jan. 11. Led by Cindy Henderson (11 points), Fontbonne came out strong in the first quarter to take a 13-4 lead and an eventual 24-10 advantage by the half.

Siobhan Sammon (9 points) and Kate Oliver (7 points) put Fontbonne in the lead for good as the Bonnies all but sealed the game by the third quarter with a score of 32-18. For the Dwight School, Sydnee Tyree was the leading scorer with 16 of the team’s 22 points.

Currently, the Bonnies sit in third place behind second-place St. John’s Prep and first-place Bishop Kearney in Division II play.
