DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — Creative Real Estate Group (CREG) reports a new lease at 32 Court St.
Chris Havens, CREG principal, who is the exclusive leasing broker for the 21-story building said ZT Realty, an owner/manager of residential real estate, has taken Suite 1501, a 1,974-square-foot newly renovated pre-war-style space that will accommodate the tenant’s growing operation.
