Workmen are seen painting a new bike lane green on Clinton Street in Brooklyn Heights on Thursday. An ongoing pilot project of the city’s paints bike lanes in bright colors so that motorists will pay more attention to them. A similar green bike lane nearby, on Henry Street, has been in force for some time – although on Friday, two trucks and one car were parked on it.
