ā€˜Prime’ Retail Spaces Exist in Downtown Brooklyn Area
by Brooklyn Eagle (edit@brooklyneagle.net), published online 05-14-2007

Among the available retail and commercial spaces in the Downtown Brooklyn area that are considered ā€œprimeā€ are those at 107 Montague St., 125 Flatbush Ave. Extension, and 333-335 Adams St., in the new addition to the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge.

Ingram & Hebron Realty has the exclusive on two of the listings:

• The former home of the Tapestry Salon & Spa on Montague, a 1,700-square-foot street-level space with a fully-furnished basement and a large outdoor patio. The asking rent is $14,500 per month. • The former home of Pepper & Potter Used Cars at the corner of Flatbush Avenue Extension and Tillary Street, a 5,000-square-foot building at a very high visibility location and in an area that is seeing a lot of residential development. In fact, there is a possibility that the owner will consider selling the property, according to Ingram & Hebron.

The third site, the new Marriott site, is comprised of approximately 15,000 square feet of retail space on two levels. A restauant with outdoor seating and a boutique-type shop are being sought by the property owners, Muss Development.
