MANHATTAN — An auction at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center Galleria on Sunday, March 8, will include 11 Brooklyn properties out of 200 citywide and 375 total, inlcuding Westchester, Long Island and New Jersey.

All are foreclosed homes and must be sold as cash purchases only, according to the auctioneer, Real Estate Disposition Co. LLC (REDC), operating as U.S. Home Auction (www.USHomeAuction.com).

Pictured at left is one of the Brooklyn properties that is on the auction block — a vacant single-family home at 360 E. 32nd St. in Sunset Park.

Built in 1925, it has seven rooms, including four bedrooms, plus two baths in 1,344 square feet.

The starting bid will be $129,000, according to documents, which state that the home was previously valued at $536,880.

Those interested in this or another particular property may visit www.USHomeAuction.com and click on a link to browse all available documents related to that property.
