The enormous hole in the roof of the former Peaks Mason Mints building at 20 Henry St., also known as the “Candy Factory,” is finally being patched. In February, a protective tarp covering the hole blew apart, and rain has been pouring in ever since. Construction work on the residential development was halted in April pending the outcome of a lawsuit. See also
