Report Given at Community Council; Cop of Year Honored

BROOKLYN – During the past year, crime continued its dramatic drop in Downtown’s 84th Precinct, according to statistics given by Capt. Mark DiPaolo at Tuesday night’s meeting of the 84th Precinct Community Council.
