A woman who is a manager at Macy’s on Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn was run over and killed by a state correction officer on his way to work in Sing Sing Tuesday, police said. Police named the driver as Damon Padmore, 38, who was driving his Ford Expedition northbound on Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope. Police say that Padmore was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
