PROSPECT HEIGHTS — It’s a deal you can’t refuse. This weekend only, today through Sunday, July 5, residents who commit to buying a one-bedroom unit at The Sinclair Condominiums in Prospect Heights will receive a brand new Toyota Prius.

“It’s a great example of what marketing agents are doing to bring in more first-time buyers who are sitting on the fence in this market,� said Jacqui Howard Sicignano of The Corcoran Group.

To win the environmentally-friendly hybrid car, buyers must submit a full price offer on a one-bedroom unit at 727 Prospect Place, where just four remain unsold.

The available units, which average around 750 square feet and have balconies, have asking prices of $379,000 and $389,000. In addition to the Prius, buyers at The Sinclair receive a tax credit, she said.
