BROOKLYN — Four Brooklyn properties are on the list for a foreclosure auction Sunday, Nov. 1, at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Manhattan.

Organized by the California-based Real Estate Disposition Corp. LLC (REDC) and presented by Auction.com, it is part of a round of similar auctions scheduled across the country all year.

The four properties are among 100-plus foreclosed properties in the New York City/New Jersey area that are expected to attract an audience of more than 1,200 interested people on Nov. 1.

“The second wave of the foreclosure crisis is coming and this is the start of it,” said Jeff Frieden, Auction.com CEO. “Many first-time homebuyers — some renting for 10-plus years — will be buying these foreclosed houses for as much as 50 percent to 60 percent off their previous high value.”

When Auction.com was last in the city (Aug. 17), $13.5 million was spent on 149 area properties by a crowd of 1,175.

The four Brooklyn properties include:

• 738 Bergen St., a three-bedroom/three bath 1,914-square-foot duplex with a minimum bid of $99,000.

• 3515 Snyder Ave., a 1,456-square-foot three-bedroom/one bath attached house with a minimum bid of $89,000.

• 54 East 91st St., a 1,694-square-foot four-bedroom/two-bath duplex with a minimum bid of $89,000.

• 183 Miller Ave., a 1,176-square-foot three-bedroom/two-bath duplex with an opening bid of $39,999.
