DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN — The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce’s Real Estate and Development (RED) Committee is sponsoring a “RED Seminar: Securing Financing for Condominium Purchases” on Tuesday, Nov. 3, in Boerum Hill.
“Brooklyn now has a wider variety and deeper inventory of condominium residences available than ever before, corresponding to a tighter credit atmosphere than has existed in recent memory,” said RED Director Lori Raphael.
At this seminar, brokers from Union Square Mortgage will present viable financing solutions in this challenging environment for condo developers and potential buyers.
The event, scheduled from 8:30 to 10 a.m., is sponsored by Linger Café and Lounge, 533 Atlantic Ave., between Third and Fourth avenues.
The cost is free for Chamber members, $25 for non-members.
