Speakers for the next Brooklyn Real Estate Roundtable, set for Tuesday, Nov. 10, at the Brooklyn Historical Society, have been announced.
Speakers include:
• Foiz Ahmed, director of operations for Hersha Hospitality Management at the Nu Hotel on Boerum Place in Downtown Brooklyn, who will analyze his experience with the Brooklyn hotel market.
• Kevin Lalezarian, principal with Lalezarian Properties, who will discuss his new 510-unit residential rental development, Brooklyn Gold, in Downtown Brooklyn.
• Jim Mamary, creator of 15 Brooklyn restaurants — including Patios, Enduros and Pomme de Terre, who will provide the restaurateur’s point of view on the Brooklyn retail market.
• Jason Muss, a principal at Muss Development LLC, who will discuss the final phase of the very successful Oceana Condominium and Club, a 1.5-million-square-foot, 15-building condominium and spa complex along the boardwalk in Brighton Beach.
The luncheon event will take place from noon to 2 p.m. with the seated program beginning at 12:30 p.m.
The Brooklyn Historical Society is at 128 Pierrepont St., corner of Clinton St. in Brooklyn Heights. All proceeds benefit the Brooklyn Historical Society
