GOWANUS — The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce's Real Estate and Development (RED) Committee plans an evening of networking, drinks and hors d’oeuvres, and tours of the new Third + Bond residential development at Third and Bond streets in Gowanus.

Third + Bond, a project of The Hudson Companies (sponsor of this event), is a 44-unit modern adaptation of the townhouse, consisting of eight buildings with five units each, on target for LEED-Gold and Energy Star label status.

The project is represented by a trio of Brooklyn Chamber members: Hudson, Auster Events (the marketing consultant) and Pratt Institute, whose design students, faculty and alums completely outfitted the two model units.

Entry is through the construction fence at the sign for the sales office. The event is free for Chamber members, $25 for non-members.

Space is limited so advance registration is requested by Tuesday, Nov. 10.
