According to the DUMBO NYC blog, the One Front Restaurant (formerly Toro) in the Fulton Ferry Landing area has applied for a cabaret license. However, the Fulton Ferry Landing Association has said that a cabaret “would be out of keeping for our small neighborhood.� A public presentation will be held before Community Board 2 tonight at the Brooklyn Hospital Center, 121 DeKalb Avenue at 7 p.m.
